• Unopened: 6 months to a year in cool, dark place
• Opened (Room Temp): 3 months-Opened (Refrigerated): 6 months or more. Only Spicy Boss Jam requires refrigeration after opening, while Prison Hot Sauce and Baja Cali Macha remain shelf-stable to their extra virgin olive oil base.
